Automotive enthusiasts can now showcase their appreciation for the Lamborghini Countach, courtesy of LEGO.

The company behind the brick building sets unveiled the new addition to the lineup on June 6. The LEGO Icons Lamborghini Countach 5000 Quattrovalvole is a replica of the rear mid-engine, rear-wheel drive Italian sports car.

The brick replica features several design choices inspired by the supercar. There are scissor doors that open upwards. There are deep-dish rims, large taillights, and a massive spoiler that helped the Countach stand out from the automotive crowd.

Other touches include a detailed cockpit, working steering, trunk, and rear hood. The LEGO Lamborghini Countach even has a detailed V12 engine.

LEGO showed its knowledge of the target audience with its announcement video. This clip featured a Lamborghini Countach poster on the wall of a bedroom. This was a common site during the supercar’s production run.

LEGO Insiders can begin purchasing the LEGO Icons Lamborghini Countach 5000 Quattrovalvole on July 1. Everyone else can purchase the brick replica on July 4. The price of the set will be €179.99/£159.99/$179.99.

The LEGO Icons series features several signature sets

The Lamborghini Countach is the latest addition to the LEGO Icons series of sets, which focus on the adult audience. This lineup includes numerous sets featuring landmarks, classic vehicles, pop culture favorites, and home decor sets.

One prominent addition to the Icons lineup is a replica of the Titanic, which is 18 inches tall, seven inches wide, and 54 inches long.

This Titanic set, which Daytona 500 winner William Byron showed during the Netflix documentary series “NASCAR: Full Speed,” features 9,090 pieces.

The lineup of Icons cars includes a class Porsche 911, a C1 Corvette, the Ghostbusters ECTO-1, a Chevrolet Camaro Z-28, a Land Rover Classic Defender 90, and the “Back to the Future” DeLorean.
