Michael Jordan is an absolute NBA legend and pop culture icon, and the superstar has a car collection to match. The icon’s passion for cars was highlighted in the film Air starring Ben Affleck, unveiling Michael Jordan’s request for a red Mercedes 380 SL as part of his deal with Nike.

According to Front Office Sports, Jordan raked in $256 million in 2022 solely from his Nike licensing deal. It’s no wonder that Chicago’s Highness has one of the most insane garages around.

Jordan Loved Corvettes During His Time With the Bulls

Chevrolet was quick to leverage Jordan’s marketing prowess when he joined the NBA in 1984. Jordan obtained a C4 Corvette through a partnership he established with Chevy dealerships in the Chicagoland/Northwest Indiana region. The metallic gray vehicle sported a personalized license plate bearing “Jump 23,” tailored for Jordan.

In The Last Dance, it was revealed that Jordan possessed several Chevys and Corvettes while playing for the Bulls, including multiple C4s and C4 ZR1s.

During one scene, Jordan halts his Torch Red 1994 ZR1 in the middle of the road to autograph a fan’s ball before speeding off swiftly. Another scene also showed him casually parking a black Corvette C5 convertible in the center of the parking lot at the Bulls practice facility, far from any designated spot.

With a reported cost of $2.25 million, its sleek all-black exterior draws inspiration from the Bugatti Type 57S Atlantic. The name “Sang Noir” translates to “black blood,” adding a touch of mystique to its design.

The car accelerates to 60mph in just 2.6 seconds and boasts a top speed of 253 mph. Among the exclusive club of owners of one of the 11 Bugatti Veyron Sang Noirs produced is the Canadian megastar Drake, sporting a license plate that simply reads ‘STARTED’.

This allows its hardtop models to potentially reach speeds of up to 311 mph. Opting for the Roadster edition, he will enjoy a retractable roof on his newest elegant ride.
