In 2013, Chuck Norris retired from entertainment to save his wife after a painful, near-death reaction to a medical treatment.
Doctors diagnosed her with rheumatoid arthritis by giving her an MRI with a dye injection called gadolinium.
"Before this, I was a vibrant person. I’d say my health and fitness put me in the top 10% of people in the world back then."
"I’ve given up my film career to concentrate on Gena," Norris explained. "My whole life right now is about keeping her alive."
