‘One Tree Hill’: Watch Sophia Bush & Hilarie Burton Recreate Dramatic Moment From Show

One Tree Hill co-stars Sophia Bush and Hilarie Burton recently spent some time together and had a little fun, too. They dipped back into their show’s characters to recreate a scene from the show’s third season.

Bush played Brooke Davis and Burton played Peyton Sawyer, respectively. So, this scene from One Tree Hill has to do with their showdown over basketball player Lucas Scott, played by Chad Michael Murray.

Bush says in the video, “He’s on the door, Peyton.” She’s lip-synching here. “He’s on the damn door under me!”

Burton says, “I don’t want to steal him, okay!” Bush replied, “But you like him!” They ended the re-creation of this argument over Brooke’s then-boyfriend Lucas by laughing off the screen.

As you can see, the original closet doors, which have the names of boys that Brooke and Peyton “claimed,” even made a cameo in the viral video. And this video, which ended up on TikTok, was filmed while the 20th anniversary celebration was taking place. That party was thrown by FWB Charity Events.

‘One Tree Hill’ Group Receives Sweet Note From Fan

Meanwhile, tans were ecstatic to see these two actresses together again. One user wrote, “Guess I’m rewatching One Tree Hill for the 10th time.” This fan also said, “Is this where I make One Tree Hill my entire personality again?”

Before you think this re-creation scene was the only one done, there was another one. Burton, Bush, Danneel Ackles, and Bevin Price got together for a group shot. It happened to mirror their days as cheerleaders at Tree Hill High School.

During the event, there was a whole cast reunion from the teen drama, which ran from 2003 to 2012. The event was held in Wilmington, N.C. Austin Nichols, who portrayed film producer Julian Baker, shade a video montage of a number of photos. Included in them were selfies from Matt Barr and Stephen Colletti.

“Got to hang out with some great humans this weekend,” Nichols captioned the Nov. 7 Instagram post. “Old friends. Old stories. Lots of laughs. And made a bunch of new friends. Thank you to everyone who made this happen!”

Burton, according to E! Online, shared selfies and photos with her cast mates. She also wrote a heartfelt caption.

“I spent 6 years on OTH. I’ve spent 14 years celebrating what comes AFTER with these people,” Burton said in a Nov. 9 post on Instagram. “They’ve heard me. Healed me. Humored me. I’m just really really grateful that we get these magical little moments to be together.”
