Iconic House From ‘Roseanne’ and ‘The Conners’ for Sale in Evansville, Indiana

A lot of television shows look from the outside carry tender memories for fans and that’s the case with the Roseanne house. Located in Evansville, Indiana, the house has been used to give the show a location for the Conners family. The home stayed in ABC’s rotation for Roseanne as The Conners is a show which has strong ties to its predecessor.

At $225,000, the house, located at 519 Runnymeade Avenue, can be all yours. The house is near the University of Evansville campus. It was last on the market back in 2015. Inside, it doesn’t look anything like you’ve seen on TV shows. And its location is pretty ideal for hardcore Indiana fans.

Accordingly, listing agent Dorren Hallenberger said people are reaching out, Deadline reports. He adds that people have been reaching out about this location.

‘Roseanne’ Fans Interested In Their House

“People wanna know what the inside looks like now since they watched the television show,” Hallenberger said. “People looked at all the interior pictures online so people just to know what’s going on in Evansville, and you know it’s important to the community.”

According to the listing, the house has four bedrooms and two full baths. The Roseanne house is being sold right now “as is.” But a renter recently put fresh paint on the house.

For some, that will look like a “sweet deal” for a home so recognized in the world of television. A new owner also will have to deal with people stopping outside and taking pictures.

Roseanne is based on the humor of former star Roseanne Barr. The comedian had 10 strong years for the first show on ABC. Besides Barr, others in the cast have included John Goodman, Laurie Metcalf, Lecy Goranson, Michael Fishman, Sara Gilbert, Sarah Chalke (the second Becky), and Estelle Parsons.

The Conners grew out from the time after Barr was fired from ABC. They have stayed at the Roseanne house as part of the show’s theme look. A lot of the original Roseanne cast kept playing their original characters. And The Conners is in its sixth season soon.

ABC Sitcom Continues To Perform Well For Network

Recently, Barr has been sharing her thoughts about politics and the world. She even had a Fox Nation comedy special where she took on “woke” culture and other topics. Barr has quite the following on X, formerly known as Twitter, with 1.2 million people or accounts. The Roseanne Barr Podcast features her interviewing people.

As for the sitcom, it continues to perform well for ABC. And the show will be welcoming back to the fold a character that people have loved before.

TV Line reports that in this Season 6 episode, Natalie West is returning to play Crystal Anderson. She’s a friend of both Roseanne and Dan from years ago. Also, she turns out to be Dan’s stepmother, too. The last time fans saw Crystal in the characters was back in 2018.

Money is at the center of a controversy involving Crystal, Jackie (Metcalf), and Jackie’s husband Neville (Nat Faxon). Neville loaned Dan money to help him with hardware store inventory. But he’s learning that the money was used for a different reason.
