Charlie Hunnam, in an interview with Sharp Magazine, talked about reading the script. See, it was supposed to be for another character than Kai. Hunnam, though, was more impressed by that character.

“That was something just down to Kai,” Hunnam said. “I just love the script; I thought all of the characters were really interesting and multifaceted. It would have been an honor to play any of these guys. Kai just exploded off the page to me. There’s something that happens very occasionally in one’s career — I’ll try to say this humbly, although it might sound arrogant — when you read a script and you think: ‘I feel like maybe I understand this guy better than anybody else does.’”

What Lies Ahead in Charlie Hunnam’s Future?

Charlie Hunnam has expressed his desire to work on films as a writer and director. Working on Rebel Moon has given him a front-row seat to watch how Snyder goes about his business. The actor said that he picked up a couple of tips just from watching Snyder work.
